We handle spouse and fiancé(e) cases, petitions for parents, children, and siblings, removal of conditions on residence, and the waivers that some families need along the way.
The right category
Immediate relatives move differently from preference categories. We explain where your relative falls and what the wait looks like.
Waivers when needed
Prior unlawful presence or other bars may require a provisional or standard waiver showing hardship to a qualifying relative.
Conditions removed on time
Two-year conditional residents must file to remove conditions in the correct window. We track it and prepare the evidence.

Can a green card holder petition for a spouse?
Yes. A permanent resident can file for a spouse and unmarried children, though wait times are generally longer than for spouses of U.S. citizens.
What is a K-1 fiancé(e) visa?
It allows the foreign fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States to marry within 90 days and then apply for a green card.
What if my relative has a prior deportation?
A prior removal can create a bar to returning. Some bars can be waived with permission to reapply; this needs careful review before filing.
